Thursday, April 5:

Arrival Time: Noon if you want to ride the short Eureka Springs day ride with me (ScottyXR). I’m leaving around 1 pm. Otherwise, show up when you want. Thursday Camping and the Thursday Early Bird Dinner/party is FREE! I will be sending out an email containing a survey prior to the ride. This survey will ask your shirt size and whether you will attend the early bird dinner.Bring your own lawn chair. This is a fundraiser for Turpentine Creek Wildlife Refuge so everyone camping on Thursday throw in $10 for the cause.

Friday, April 6:

All Riders be ready at 8 am sharp. After a brief rider meeting (and photo), everyone will get the chance to visit Turpentine Creek (Proceeds from your ride donation will benefit Turpentine Creek: www.turpentinecreek.org).

The end of our first-day ride will be at Mulberry Mountain Campground. Upon arrival, the sag wagon will already be there. Your gear will be inside a 30 foot locked enclosed trailer. An attendant will be there with the key to help you unload your gear. The trailer will be full. Respect your fellow riders and handle their gear gently. This gear is not cheap and deserves your respect.camp2

Dinner is catered and I will post the menu just before the ride. There is a really nice shower house on site. The campsite fee is included in your donation to TCWR, but feel free to drop a donation in the jar. I will bring firewood for a bonfire. If you need electric and other amenities email me at scott@turpentinecreek.org. Gas is less than five miles away in Turner Bend. Be prepared for my son, Victor, will sell it to you for $7/gallon. The track/route will pass directly by it in the morning.
